Velký přínos pro všechny zúčastněné - další studijní cesta GRUNDTVIG, tentokrát do Polska

Další studijní cestu v rámci projektu Let´s develop philanthropy for sustainable communities podpořeného v rámci Programu celoživotního učení Grundtvig, absolvovali naši dobrovolníci a zaměstnanci. Ve dnech 6. – 10. května 2013 se vydali do oblasti bývalých sudet, do městečka Bistritza Klodzka v Polsku. Tématem této, v pořadí druhé, studijní cesty byl grantmaking (rozdělování nadačních příspěvků). 

Naším hostitelem se stala polská komunitní nadace Fundusz Lokalny Masywu Śnieznika, která sbírá zkušenosti už 16 let a která podpořila doposud více než 700 projektů. V rámci studijní cesty jsme spolu s Rumunskem, Bulharskem a samozřejmě i Polskem sdíleli příklady dobré praxe – jak lépe poznat potřeby komunity a pracovat s nimi nebo jak alokovat již získané prostředky, - které blízce souvisí s komunitními nadacemi pracujícími v malých či venkovských oblastech.

Velkým přínosem pro všechny zúčastněné byla možnost přímo vidět nejlepší projekty, které podpořila polská nadace Fundusz Lokalny Masywu Śnieżnika. Navštívili jsme osm nejlepších projektů jako příklady dobré praxe, například rehabilitační centrum, kulturní centrum, Muzeum ohně a další. Ochutnali jsme bio sýr a mléko z kozí farmy v horách a viděli vysoce rozvinutý venkovský turismus v regionu. Ještě jednou mnohé díky hostitelské nadaci za organizaci celé studijní cesty a za představení příkladů dobré praxe dokonce i z Rakouska a Itálie.

Jistě nebudeme mluvit jen za sebe, když řekneme, že jsme velmi očarování autoritou a významnou rolí, jakou polská komunitní nadace Fundusz Lokalny Masywu Śnieżnika hraje v místním životě. Představené příklady dobré praxe všechny zúčastněné inspirovaly a motivovaly pracovat ještě více s cílem posílit svůj dopad na život komunity.

Během schůzky koordinátorů bylo rozhodnuto o konání třetí studijní cesty, která se uskuteční ve dnech 9. – 12. září 2013 v Lomu v Bulharsku. Hlavním tématem bude komunitní rozvoj. Na jaře 2014 přijedou zástupci zúčastněných komunitních nadací i k nám na Moravu.

How should we serve in better way  the civil society development in rural/small communities – this topic garnered four partners from Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria on the second study trip of the project “Let’s develop philanthropy for sustainable communities” – GRUNDTVIG Learning Partnership in Bistritza Klodzka in beautiful Mountain of Sudety  from 6^th to 10^th of May.

Our hosts from the Community Foundation Lokalny Masywu Śnieżnika presented us their experience in fundraising in 16 years of Foundation existence and more than 700 projects funded. Each partner presented its experience in fundraising and regulations in which funds allocation is happened. We were able to share best practices, how to know better the needs of the community and what criteria to use  to  allocate already  raised funds, all related to the special status of community foundations in rural areas.

Great benefit to all participants was the possibility to meet great stories of success and best practices of allocating grantes. Polish partners financed their projects and changes in quality of life in the area covered by the Community Foundation Lokalny Masywu Śnieżnika. We visited 8 good practices such as Rehabilitation Center, Cultural Center and Museum of fire.We tried organic cheese and milk in the goat farm in the mountains, we saw well developed rural tourism in the region. Again many thanks to the foundation organized a study tour about best practices in Austria and Italy, guest house "Skowronki, trout ponds, guest houses and ski facilities in the mountains, experience of the Association" Artistic "and Association" Voytovitse return in the future”.

Everyone was impressed by the authority and the significant role of the Foundation Lokalny Masywu Śnieżnika in community life.These good practices motivated participants to work even harder for their greater impact in their rural areas.

During the meeting of the coordinators was decided that next training and exchange of best practices will be held from 9^th  to 12^th of September in Lom, Bulgaria and will be associated with various activities through which the members of the local communities will be included in our work processes and decision-making.
